Prices & Quotes
- If in case any hotel included in the program is unavailable at the time of the reservation, we will substitute it with a hotel of
a similar category.
- All rooms in the tour are base category rooms provided by the hotel. However, room upgrades are also available at most hotels. You can enquire about it at the time of reservation.
- Note that most of the programs are customizable. Also, the itineraries are subject to change without any notification. The company is pleased to send you a complimentary
- We will be happy to accommodate any changes and additional planning that you would like, in order to make your vacation experience extraordinary and handcrafted. We also want our clients to recognize that excessive planning can take a significant amount of time and therefore, we reserve the right to charge for any additional amendments to the booking, after the first quote is issued.
Deposit Policy
- All payments are expected to be received as per the deposit policy discussed at the time of booking. Bookings may be cancelled if the final payment or deposit are not received by due
- Note that e-documents are becoming commonplace. E-documents shall be sent to you unless a request for paper documents is made.
Cancellation Policy
- In case we change or cancel your holiday:
- We may have to make changes occasionally and we reserve the right to do so at any time. In case of any such changes, you will be notified at the earliest.
- Under any circumstances, we also reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements. Reasons for the same will be notified to you.
- If we fail to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather), alternative dates for the tour shall be provided, in case the tour hasn't already commenced.
- In case the tour has already commenced, we will refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis, depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
- However, under all circumstances, our liability shall be limited to refunding the price that we charged as tour fees.
- If you wish to change your holiday plan:
- If you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way after the confirmation of services (e.g. your chosen departure
date or accommodation), we will do our best to make these changes. However, it may not always be possible. Any request for change must be given in writing from the person who has made the booking. All the costs incurred due to amendment must be borne by you.
- Please note that if the tour is cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of the company, such as strikes, highway repairs, curfew, flight cancellation, road closure or any other such reasons, the company will not be responsible. The above cancellation policy will still apply.
Complaints:
- Travellers having any complaints regarding hotels, transport, houseboats etc. are advised to inform immediately by calling +91 8494030691 so that the same be addressed on the spot. Complaints or refund for the same will not be entertained after the tour ends.
Check-in & Check-out Policy:
- Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may be charged by the hotel. Below are the standard check-in timings that may vary in different hotels.
Check-in: 2 PM
Check-out: 12 PM
Meals at the hotels/houseboats:
- Meals, if included at the hotels will be subject to the hotel policy. Timings of meals will have to be followed as per policy. For further information, please enquire about the menu and timings at the time of check-in.
Limits on the company's responsibility:
- The company is based in Srinagar, J&K with operations in Himachal & Ladakh. It purchases hotel accommodations, transportation, restaurant and other services from various independent suppliers that are not
subject to its control. Therefore, the company cannot be liable for any personal injury, death or other losses that may occur (1) due to
any act or omission of any such supplier, or (2) due to any other event over which it has no control. In the event of flood, inclement weather, drought or earthquake, a program similar to the existing one will be substituted if possible. The above mentioned terms and conditions only briefly describe the terms and conditions applicable to the company's programs.
- The company reserves the right to change any of its terms & conditions/policies without any prior notice. The jurisdiction for any disputes arising from and related to the services provided by the company shall be Jammu & Kashmir to the exclusion of all other courts. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Jammu & Kashmir as applicable.
